REGARDING CUSTOM JEWELRY:
Better Bling Studio extends a One Year limited warranty on all custom jewelry unless otherwise determined by management or excluded as stated in terms of our warranty guidelines.

 REGARDING JEWELRY REPAIR:
Better Bling Studio extends a Six-Month limited warranty on all jewelry repairs unless otherwise determined by management or excluded as stated in terms of our warranty guidelines.

REGARDING WATCH REPAIR:
-Battery Change -full one year warranty on life of battery only.
-Pin Repair, Pin Replacement, Bracelet/Strap Repair or Replacement - In accordance with industry standards, Better Bling does not warranty watchstraps or bracelets.
-Crystal Repair or Replacement - In accordance with industry standards, Better Bling does not warranty watch crystals. In the event of a shattered or broken crystal replacement; Better Bling studio may need to clean the inside of a watch to remove all the previous crystal’s shards, in such event, the customer will be notified and is free to decline the work. Before, during and after the crystal replacement operation under no circumstances is Better Bling responsible for any part of the watch other than the crystal. Once the repaired watch and new crystal leave Better Bling Studio we shall not be liable for any damage or additional repairs the watch may require.
-Movement Service or Repair- Better Bling extends a Six-Month limited warranty on service or repair of watch movements unless otherwise determined by management.

WARRANTY PRIVILEGE:
Better Bling Studio stands behind its reputation of providing excellent and professional services, and extends limited warranty privileges at the discretion of management. Limited warranty will cover workmanship and parts used for the repair and will only be honored provided an item requires further attention due to no fault of the owner. Better Bling will not be responsible for an item that shows signs of abuse or negligence.

We do not provide a warranty of any kind on the following repairs:
Invisible settings
Hollow chains or Hollow jewelry
Glued stones or components
Herringbone chains
Watch Pin Repair or Pin Replacement
Watch Strap/bracelet Repair or Replacement
Watch crystals
*Fashion repairs


*We define fashion jewelry as jewelry made from non-precious materials like base metals (brass, copper), plated metals, glass, plastic, or textiles, often mimicking fine jewelry with simulated stones like cubic zirconia, synthetic spinel, plastic, glass or foil back rhinestones.

A Warranty from Better Bling becomes void upon repair from a third party other than better bling studio or the manufacturer of the original item. By signing this receipt, you acknowledge the warranty terms laid out herein.

REGARDING “FOLEX” (FAUX ROLEX) REPAIR:
Better Bling studio will try our best to; repair, source parts, and restore faux Rolexes to the best of our ability. However, with faux Rolexes there is always a possibility that parts may not be available, the watch may have a factory defect which is uncorrectable, or we may not have the tools to fix the watch. In such circumstances we will decline the work and return the watch to the customer or inform them of their options. By signing this receipt, you acknowledge there may be a risk of irreparable damage, lack of parts or incomplete work.

REGARDING CUSTOM ALTERATIONS:
Better Bling Studio strives for complete customer satisfaction, if for whatever reason within 60 days of pickup a customer is not satisfied with their custom jewelry they may bring it in for an alteration at a slight discount (discount is to be determined by management). After 60 days the customer is responsible for all alteration costs at full price.

REGARDING SALES RETURNS:
Better Bling Studio has a 30 day return policy (at managements discretion). In order to receive a full refund, the item purchased must be brought in or returned to the store within 30 days of pickup from Better Bling Studio or (in the case of shipped orders) within 30 days of the shipment arrival. The item must be in excellent or new condition, however the condition of the item is to be determined by management.

REGARDING CUSTOM JEWELRY RETURNS:
Better Bling Studio does not accept returns of any kind for custom pieces. please see our alterations policy ^ for resolutions.

REGARDING PAYMENT PLANS:
Better Bling requires customers with a payment plan to pay off their item in a timely manner, failure to do so may result in a cancellation and full refund or cancellation and partial refund/ restock fee.

CUSTOM JEWELRY PAYMENT PLANS:
Custom jewelry payments must be made in full before pickup and at least 1/4 or 1/3 is required to begin work/ order parts. Payments must be made at least every 3 weeks until paid in full.

BRIDAL PAYMENT PLANS:
Bridal jewelry payments must be made in full before pickup and at least 1/5 or 1/4 is required to begin work/ order parts. Payments must be made at least every 2 weeks until paid in full.

LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLANS: layaways are split into 3 timelines which are as follows:
30 day: 1/4 payment is required upfront and will be paid off weekly in a 30 day span or until paid in full.
60 day: 1/4 payment is required upfront and will be paid off every 2 weeks in a 60 day span or until paid in full.
90 day: 1/5 payment is required upfront and will be paid off every month in a 90 day span or until paid in full.

Better Bling Studio reserves the right to make changes or edits to these terms as whenever it is deemed necessary. Management reserves the right to deny service to customers or refuse adherence to the aforementioned terms should they be a disservice Better Bling Studio’s values, interests and objectives.
